Can I purchase individual modules separately?
No, the modules are only available as part of the TwoPixels Suite. There are good reasons for this: all modules are perfectly matched to each other and communicate with one another. Selling them individually would make this integration and the unified support impossible.
Does the suite work with all JTL Shop versions?
The TwoPixels Suite supports JTL Shop 5.x. For older JTL Shop 4.x versions, we offer a legacy version with a limited feature set. We always recommend using the latest JTL Shop version for optimal performance and security.
How often are the plugins updated?
Updates happen regularly: security updates immediately, feature updates monthly. When JTL Shop releases updates, we test compatibility within 48 hours and provide an update if needed. Starter customers get monthly updates, Professional weekly, Business and Enterprise instantly.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, the subscription runs until the end of the paid period. After that, the modules are deactivated, but your shop data remains fully intact. You can reactivate the subscription at any time. There are no cancellation periods or hidden costs.
Do you offer custom plugin development?
Yes, custom development is an important part of our services. Whether it is an interface to your ERP, special features for your industry or entirely new modules, we develop to your requirements. Enterprise customers get custom development included in the package price.
Can I switch from another shop system to JTL?
Absolutely. We migrate shops from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware and other systems to JTL Shop. Products, customers, order history and SEO data (URLs, redirects) are transferred cleanly. Migrations start at 2,000 EUR depending on complexity.
How does support work?
